1. Account Eligibility
By registering with DuitMe, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- The information you provide is true and accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
2. Use of the Service
DuitMe is provided for creator funding and community support. You must not use the platform for:
- Gambling, get-rich-quick schemes or fraud.
- Selling prohibited goods or content that violates Malaysian law.
- Disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorised access to DuitMe systems.
3. Fees & Payments
We charge a small service fee to operate the platform:
- Platform fee: 3% is deducted from each payment received.
- Gateway fee: Additional fees may be charged by third-party providers for FPX or card payments.
- Payouts: Funds may be withdrawn to your bank account after reaching the stated minimum balance.
4. Account Termination
We may suspend or delete an account without notice if these terms are violated or if action is necessary to protect other users.
